How do we start working together?
With a free 30-minute call. We learn how your business works and point out 2–3 processes where AI can save time or money, with a rough estimate. Next comes a fixed-price AI audit, then a 2–4 week pilot on one process, and finally scaling what works.
How much does an AI project cost?
It depends on the process, the systems involved and the volume of data. The first call is free. The audit has a fixed price that is fully credited towards the pilot, and the pilot itself is quoted at a fixed price before work starts, so there are no open-ended budgets.
How long does a pilot take?
Usually 2 to 4 weeks for one process. At the end you have a working solution connected to your real tools and can measure the result before investing further.
Can you work with our existing website, CRM or platform?
Yes, that is most of our work. We connect AI to the systems you already use, such as WordPress, Bitrix, Magento, Laravel and custom platforms, CRMs, helpdesks and e-commerce, instead of asking you to switch tools.
Which AI models do you use?
We choose the model for each task based on quality, cost and data requirements: OpenAI, Anthropic Claude or open-source models that can run on your own infrastructure.
What happens to our data?
We design every solution so that your data stays under your control: the assistant gets access only to what it needs, and where required the model runs on your own servers. We agree on data handling with you before the pilot starts.
